Job Description
One Jeanswear Group designs, markets, produces, and distributes a distinguished portfolio of branded and private label Jeanswear brands throughout North America. We work with retailers in every tier of distribution, seamlessly adapting to the dynamic retail landscape to reach our widespread consumer base. Our focus is on achieving long-term growth by delivering the most innovative product and brand strategies in the market.
The candidate must have proven experience creating and executing campaigns from start to finish; including concept ideation, organizing and experience with onsite photoshoots, and design across all media. A background in lifestyle and women’s fashion is a plus. This position also requires someone who embraces collaboration, work in a fast paced environment juggling multiple projects simultaneously and is passionate about fashion, style and current trends.
Responsibilities:
• Ideate, develop and execute print and digital creative.
• Design for all OJG brands; translate all creative in print and digital environments.
• Must have a passion for setting and implementing branding guidelines.
• Partner with Creative lead on day-to-day creative updates and changes.
• Participate in new idea sessions and the possible development and execution of those ideas.
• Support manager with creative design and execution of all branding.
Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat – Capture One Pro, photography knowledge a plus.
• On-set photo shoot experience a plus.
• Photo editing / e-commerce experience a plus or willing to learn
• Understanding of social media
• A refined taste level with expert design and typography skills.
• Ability to take direction from Creative Lead and provide multiple solutions
• Experience creating pitch and recap decks for brand partners in the luxury space
• Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines and follow-through.
• Ability to think outside the box and awareness of print and digital trends.
• Extremely detail oriented, well-organized, strong problem solving skills.
• BFA / BA in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or related field.
• Experience working for a retail/fashion brand or ad agency is a plus.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
