MISSION AND RESPONSIBILIITIES
The individual will be responsible for planning, forecasting and analyzing the Burberry Beauty business in order promote the overall growth of the House while managing the day-to-day business needs. This will include both fragrance and color categories.
• Work as part of a team to serve as liaison between sales and marketing, providing them respectively with knowledge of the products or of the customers.
• Work with Sales & Marketing Management to develop strategic, viable and profitable plans
• Owns the development and communication of a yearly trade plan aligned with marketing and sales objectives, and of customer specific plans.
• Plan introduction of new products, including but not limited to: launch plan, prices, assortment, forecast, merchandising, planogramming, and training
◦ Manage and optimize support budgets by brands, by customer, by month
◦ Manage, create, source and delivers all customer specific collaterals
• Provide International Marketing with launch performance assessment and actionable conclusions
• Maintain activation and launch calendars and trackers
• Scent program planning and execution
• Asset management for retailers; Manage all retailer needs and support (comps, event tools, order support, artwork, approvals, etc.)
• Complete global approval forms, provide competitive, manage communication
• Coordinates all customized permanent and promotional in-store fixtures and personalized installations incorporating latest corporate guidelines
• Planning and programming of saleable and nonsaleable allocations; partner with allocation and demand planning, along with other cross-functional partners
• Manage regional brand reviews
• Participate to monthly and ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand, sales objectives and marketing programs in order to implement a variety of brands strategies.
• Work with a variety of people from various business and cultural background.
• Develop excellent communication process with all areas of business
• Ability to work and co-ordinate projects with a variety of people, departments and clients; manage projects and take decisions under tight deadlines.

• 5+ years relevant work experience in marketing or product management.
• Experience in Ultra Luxury beauty categories: in fragrances in luxury (in leading companies) and with makeup startup/growing brand ideally – color experience will be critical in this role
• Experience dealing with licenses would be a plus
• A bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
