The Senior Brand Imaging Producer plays an integral role within the Tommy Bahama team. He or she will create a Brand Imaging center of excellence, finding new ways to manage the end to end production of integrated Brand image assets that fulfill stories across all channels – email, social, ecommerce, catalog, etc. The Senior Brand Imaging Producer is responsible for developing, owning, and managing the complete Brand Imaging lifecycle, including shoot plans, schedules, shot lists, and budget. This role is responsible for overseeing Brand Imaging from inception through completion, partnering with Marketing, Ecommerce, internal and external creative and production teams, and vendors.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE:
• Serve as the hub of the Brand Imaging wheel. Create a brand imaging center of excellence, finding new ways to manage the end to end production of integrated brand image assets that fulfill stories across all channels – email, social, ecommerce, catalog, etc. Broadly collaborate with cross functional partners and outside vendors to execute shoots within designated timeframe and budget parameters.
• Work directly with outside vendors to arrange and negotiate fees for all in-situation and in-studio still life and PDP photo shoots. Coordinate preproduction and prepare production for shoots.
• Coordinate and anticipate shoots, and build plans well in advance. Issue and constantly evolve the shoot calendar and working budget.
• Create plans, and provide clear direction and allocation of resources to respond effectively. Be nimble and open in response to change.
• Negotiate costs and timing, ensuring that the budget is adhered to throughout the process.
• Flexible to work on other projects and assignments as needed to support the overall business.
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Generally requires 8+ years Brand Marketing, creative agency, and photo production experience.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge and experience working with industry photographers. Awareness and knowledge of competitive industry costs, fees, usage rights and ability.
• Experience developing shoot plans, shot list, budgets and timelines.
• Experience partnering with external and internal creative, production and marketing teams.
• Experience negotiating talent rates and writing contracts.
• Prior experience managing multiple budgets over $1MM with interdisciplinary teams.
