URBN: Supply Chain Coordinator- Furniture
Reports to
Senior Manager of Global Logistics- Furniture
Responsibilities
• Be the owner of the QA repository:
• Review all QA/QC requests and communicate/approve to Metro CS on how to proceed.
• Communicate needs to brand ops partners for further resolution up stream.
• Maintain the QA SOP & make necessary revisions
• Customer Service Liaison-reply to all Call Centers and facility requests within 48 hours.
• Publish and follow up to daily lock codes for both facilities-maintain running totals-consume when requested.
• Follow up to all FORCE alerts with clear and concise actions.
• Update Forecast to daily actuals.
• Perform training programs with Call Center and Facilities.
Qualifications
• Understanding of Warehouse practices as they pertain to inbound and outbound operations. Manhattan’s WMS preferred.
• Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Exhibits a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Full understanding of the Made To Order process for furniture is a plus.
• Eager to learn.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
