Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Operations & Merchandising team in tracking, organizing and distributing samples to sales reps and National Chain accounts
• Assist National Chains Associate to build season recaps and assortment presentations
• Facilitate the new customer application process/paperwork for sales ops collaborating with sales management, credit and sales planning
• Assist Sales Operations team with creating daily pricelists, reports and other projects to support the sales reps
• Manage and approve orders requested by the sales team
• Create customized selling tools at a channel and account level for sales presentations.
• Support Sales Operations team with event and meeting set up
• Use PUMA databases to process sample orders and manage customer classifications to align with our sales structure
Qualifications:
• Must currently be enrolled in college/university, preferably seeking a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point; highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and energy
• Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
• Team player
• Must be able to commit to one semester
• Must have own mode of transportation and ability to commute to Westford, MA
