Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Compile and track sales and education tools i.e. tester units insert requests, pop up table/banner requests, outside events, Red Door Express Services, training seminar attendance, BC uniforms, BC accessories, holiday gift program, and field order supplies
• Write and track product orders pertaining to outside events, special events, Red Door Express Services, and other programs.
• Work directly with outside vendors to manage various mailings, including training workbooks to the field.
• Source support tools for events and education i.e. organza pouches, ribbon blotters, candy, folders.
• Update and send seasonal materials, including gratis programs, education tools, informational brochures, take it back cards.
• Manage the checklist and timeline for seasonal Expos, i.e. Ulta Conference, Beauty Brands Expo, SiJCP Train the Trainer and GLAM Seminars
• Coordinate and distribute the Master Training Schedule and Retail Black Out calendar for North America.
• Attend meetings, conference calls and webinars to align with North America Training Managers and Global Education Team on brand strategies and company vision, when available
• Coordinate E-learning information to field sales
• Develop surveys for field feedback on training seminars, new product launches, holiday feedback and other sales initiatives e.: SurveyMonkey.com
• Coordinates with various departments (Sales Services, Global Marketing Groups) on a number projects including launch kits to the field, ordering comp and lab samples, etc.
• Provide other administrative support - i.e. Order and assembling tools, managing contest prizes, tracking, etc
Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• JDE Trained strongly preferred
• Superior computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and quickly change priorities when needed
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
