Description
Marketing/Creative Team
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Creative, Marketing, and other Business Users, you will create design concepts, artwork, and layout for websites and other online and print projects design concepts that accurately reflect the Company’s goals, objectives, and identity.
Online Design – seasonal branding on buckle.com, style content, email campaigns presentations, and digital creative assets for promotions, sweepstakes, social media, advertising, etc.
Print Design – store events and promotional advertisements, package design, signs, large-format graphics, special event collateral, internal training materials and guides.

• ETHICS AND INTEGRITY: Consistent in application of policies and procedures. Ability to use sound judgment.
Requirements:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications & Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficient in current graphic design technologies as well as standard applications including the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must have a strong level of creativity with artistic skill and experience.
• Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and design trends. Must be both conceptual and strategic.
• Advanced conceptual, technical, and visual design skills required to create branding and marketing content.
• Good understanding of user interface design.
• Must be detail oriented and able to function with minimum supervision in a fast paced, multiple project environment.
• Self-confidence in presenting ideas and solutions to various departments and teammates within the company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and print projects.
