Description
PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:
Curate and create paid media content with the ultimate goal of communicating the company’s brand equity in a positive, authentic way to attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Lead and continue to evolve development of NOAM Social Media Strategy including campaign development across all platforms and Influencers.
• Implement a NOAM content calendar to manage paid content with global editorial and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Digital Media Stakeholders and marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve brand/regional marketing goals
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to management and executive teams
• Monitor company’s social media accounts and offer constructive feedback from North America for Global platform interaction with users
• Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
• Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews
• Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
• Work with Manager of Investment Strategy & Digital Analytics to align on deliberate planning and goal setting for North America specific Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Cultivation of leads and Sales
• Leverage SEO opportunities to fuel generation of inbound traffic
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and future social advertising campaigns.
• Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Create seasonal brand and co-op promotional content & copy.
• Partner with Global and NOAM Communications team to identify core macro and micro influencers for specific and on-going support programs. Help develop dashboard for influencer tracking.
• Agency liaison for social media programs and planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications or related field preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in social media management
• Exceptional multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
• Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
• Passionate and creative with strong copy writing skills
• Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required
• Actively engaged across existing and emerging platforms of social media
• Creative production background preferred
