Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an International Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Adhere to corporate and government policies regarding International Business transactions
• Work directly with production and vendors to arrange alternate manufacturing in order to meet importing country’s trade regulations
• Organize and maintain foreign to foreign shipments and required documentation (annexes, NAFTA, SED’s, etc.) for international customers or licensees.
• Ensures monitoring reports are generated and reviewed timely/accurately
• Facilitate export shipment movement.
• Responsible for training on various job functions within the department
• Work as a “team leader” to export coordinators and expeditors for the Director of Logistics
• Communicate with production, sales, credit, warehouses, and allocations (VP’s, Managers) on a daily basis to ensure orders are correct and shipped properly within established criteria
• Maintain pro-active communication with International accounts and with the Logistics Manager
• Maintaining pro-active communication with International accounts and with the Logistics Manager
• Ensure all deliveries for Int’l accounts are tracked to destination
• All delayed deliveries are communicated to management timely for resolution

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of International Business or shipping experience
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills
• Computer proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications
• Working knowledge of Log-net, SAP preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
