Description
As an intern in the Sales department you could work together with one of our local offices or be dedicated to a specific category of products (Running, Sportswear etc.). Depending on the department, responsibilities might include:
• Support in sell-in days including organizing customer events, management of samples and support in setting up showrooms;
• Perform after-sales activities in order to support our customers or sales representatives in different countries;
• Assistance in development of business tracking tools;
• Provide recommendations based on data to help us increase our sales performance;
• Business planning and forecast support for a specific local office;
• Manage different projects based on business needs to help the team achieve targets and realize yearly strategic plan.
Qualifications
• 3rd/4th year student within Business Administration, Finance, Management, or other related fields;
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
• Ability to work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to Sales are a plus (please include in your CV).
• Passion for the Nike brand and sports in general.
In order to be eligible for an internship, you must:
• Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution);
• Have an EU passport or an EU work permit.
Start date: February 1st, 2018
Duration: 6 - 12 months
This internship is open to students outside of the Netherlands.
