Senior Coordinator, Communications & Content - PVH Corp.
The Senior Coordinator, Communications & Contentsits in PVH Comm, a multifaceted team of communications and branding strategists with a 360 degree approach. Our job is to create synergy and alignment (think corporate branding, global associate campaigns, large- scale rollouts, and creating comm strategies for our partners) within our functions, regions and brands. As Coordinator, Communications & Content, you will suport our key internal and employer branding channels to inform, inspire and engage associates through creative and impactful editorial content and strategic messaging.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and evolution of our global channel management and editorial planning to engage (future) associates across brands and regions.
• Support the daily operations of our key channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, blogs, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Support the creation of impactful editorial content and strategic messaging for all internal and external employer branding channels.
• Work closely with the cross brand/region team of content contributors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate metrics and reporting to evaluate effectiveness of communications and the ability to influence behavioral change.
• Work closely with brand and key functional partners on initiatives and where applicable, make sure internal and external messages are aligned.
• Develop and maintain awareness of editorial calendars and the needs of business departments across the globe to maintain communications synchronicity.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and can easily change direction when urgent communication needs arise.
Qualifications
Experience:
• 1-2 years of writing, editorial, journalism and/or communications experience.
• Previous experience with IT communications, social media, blogging, content management systems or corporate intranet.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing.
Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• The ability to translate business needs into compelling messages.
• Must possess strong time management skills with an ability to focus and manage.
• Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate at all job levels.
• Must be a proactive, multi-tasking self-starter.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail.
