Senior Marketing Manager, CRM
Bonobos is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager of CRM to lead the brands lifecycle marketing efforts and develop a shared segmentation strategy for all customer communication channels.

Reporting to our Senior Director of Performance Marketing, you’ll be responsible for managing our customer contract strategy to drive increased engagement and improve retention of our best and most loyal customers. As a best in class database marketer, you’ll also be charged with developing a targeted segmentation strategy that can be leveraged in both our life-cycle marketing initiatives as well as our paid marketing channels, with a focus on creating synergies and personalization across all consumer touch-points.
You will liaise across the entire business with frequent collaboration with the Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative and Content Marketing teams. You’ll also partner cross-functionally with Insights and Analytics, Merchant, Planning, and Tech teams.
What you'll do...
• Lead customer contact strategy, utilizing intelligence from our customer database and external marketing vendors to successfully create and further customer engagement
• Develop strategic lifecycle marketing plans across email, direct mail/catalog and mobile push notification programs
• Oversee shared segmentation strategy to be utilized in both lifecycle and paid marketing channels to drive consistent 1:1 cross-channel customer communication
• Manage daily email marketing channel from end to end: calendar creation, creative briefs, segmentation and circulation strategies, forecast, testing and reporting
• Manage the direct mail channel from end to end: media buying and circulation planning, data optimization, expense management, creative briefing, testing and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve the effective of our customer communication through new and emerging channels (push notifications)
• Drive personalization efforts of the brand forward through ongoing partnership with our Technology team
• Create actionable reporting framework that identifies the most effective customer channels for engaging with our highest value customers
• Provide analytical support for forecasting of daily/weekly/monthly sales trends and guidance on risks to plans
• Clearly and concisely communicate program performance and progress against goals in a cross-functional setting
• Nurture and mentor a talented set of direct reports to maximize their potential and fuel their evolution as database marketers
You...
• Have 7+ years of digital marketing experience across CRM, Email Marketing, Customer Segmentation and Direct Mail
• Have in-house database management experience as well as experience managing 3rd party vendors/agencies
• Have strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills as well as understanding of A/B testing
• Possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to senior leadership
• Are able to transform detailed analysis into straightforward summaries for cross-functional partners
• Have strong digital and ecommerce knowledge and curiosity
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team initiatives
