We are searching for a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and CRM to join our Global Digital Marketing organization; working across the Foot Locker retail brand portfolio. This innovative leader will create and execute consumer-led communication and investment strategies through targeted digital and print vehicles. Responsibilities
The Senior Director of Performance-Digital Marketing will:
• Own and drive Foot Locker Inc.’s Contact Strategy and CRM optimization efforts
• Collaborate with the Loyalty team to build strategies to grow and strengthen the program, including seamless integration into communications across the customer journey
• Manage all aspects of email delivery including development of ESP / platform management, creative briefs, list creation, creative review / approval, and deployment
• Build an effective ongoing dialog with customers and prospects by utilizing segmentation, offers, channel delivery, context and campaign storytelling
• Grow the reach and overall effectiveness of our email marketing program
• Drive test-and-learn across consumer touchpoints to increase ROI and innovation
• Onboard and assimilate new-to-file consumers through world-class execution of data hygiene, list management and attrition prevention tactics
• Collaborate across teams to drive toward greater levels of automation, using data and technology to build dynamic, intelligence-led messages and communication rhythms
• Develop clear and actionable Customer Health initiatives, driven by advanced segmentation, cohort analysis and increased personalization
• Perform periodic and post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies
• Activate our proprietary Customer Lifetime Value scoring model to invest effectively against our most productive (or potentially valuable) customers
• Oversee the print and email distribution budget and deliver against ROI, new-to-file and retention goals
• Work closely with marketing teams across retail brands to ensure alignment with brand equity, voice and storytelling priorities
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
• 7+ years of successful, diverse and progressive retail eCommerce & Digital Marketing experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM: 1:1 marketing techniques, email program building / execution and automation.
• Retail marketing / direct to customer experience
• Excellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning
• Strong collaboration and relationship-builder, both internally and externally, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills and working knowledge of data modeling techniques
