ABOUT THE ROLE
To lead retail teams in the areas of Visual Merchandising. This requires that you train, motivate and coach your co-workers to get them to think commercially at all times while ensuring that fashion remains at the centre of everything we do. Product presentation, store windows, campaign implementation and trends must have a clear impact on sales figures and turnover of stores.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years experience in Visual Merchandising
• Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising or Fashion preferable
• Experience working in a direct retail environment preferable
• Excellent computer skills
