Description
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Marketing Coordinator to join and support our Clinique and Aramis and Designer Fragrances (ADF) teams at our Head Office in Sydney’s Inner West.
In this role, you will gain exposure and development to different aspects of Marketing whilst you provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing team including the National Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team including the Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Retail Marketing Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager.
Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
• Work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager to plan and execute brand and retail events where necessary
• Create launch guidelines to be distributed to our field and store teams on a monthly basis both via print and social media community pages.
• Work closely with the Creative Team to develop and print in-store literature and miscellaneous collateral for events, new collections and makeup services.
• Work with the Product Marketing Manager to build the Marketing Calendar, record sell through and gain an understanding of the forecasting process
• Work with the Retail and Product Marketing Manger’s to create and send launch event management templates
• Support the Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager with raising purchase orders for monthly media budget plus assisting with downloading of assets
• Work with Retail Marketing Manager to upload our CRM campaigns into our CRM system.
• Manage travel, accommodation, and venue hire bookings on behalf of the Marketing team as/when required in conjunction with the corporate services team
• Work with the Brand General Manager and other coordinators to organise annual Brand Conference
• Provide general administration support to the Marketing team and Brand General Manager; including meeting arrangements, presentation preparation, printing and collating, brand filing, coordination for external visitors, room set ups including venue booking, catering, equipment and supplies
• Send key marketing tools/reports to the Regional team as required
• Co-ordinate dates, venues, materials, folders, catering & presentations for retailer strategy presentations for all store groups when required.
• Assist with other projects and administration as needed, press events, retail events, press bags, restocking product cupboards, tidying of storage areas
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or Business related field) or an equivalent 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail are a must-have in this role, as well as intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint. Preferably, you have gained previous experience working in a similar marketing role, and have knowledge of SAP (and other financial computer packages).
