Description
The purpose of this job, Director - Brand Creative Solutions Lead, is to support the VP, Marketing and Creative Solutions, GIS in the Creative Acceleration Initiative aimed to empower creative teams across ELC brands through improved Digital Technology solutions and thought leadership. This role will be responsible for managing the technology solutions for Creative Project Management, Workflow Collaboration, and Digital Asset Management, and establishing business partnerships with Creative teams across the Brands. This role will develop and manage the technology solution strategy based on Brand needs and complexity, and drive the end-to-end integration of the Creative Process of New Product Launches to deliver speed, agility, accuracy, and increase in sales.
• Manage the business relationships with the brands' Creative teams and global shared service for Creative Operations
• Develop technology solution strategy and implementation road-map based on Brand needs, size, and complexity
• Own the solution design and architecture for creative project management, on-line proofing, and digital asset management tools. Manage accordingly any changes made to the design and architecture to current solutions and tools
• Own any enhancements and/or process and technology improvements for Creative departments
• Accountable for the support and maintenance of the solutions in the Creative space
• Manage the relationships with SaaS vendors and solution providers. Ability to work with solution vendors to evaluate their offerings and fit/gap with ELC requirements
• Work independently to project manage, engage, and coordinate activities across key points of contacts in GIS, Brands, and external vendors
• Research and evaluate best practices in Creative and Marketing processes to inform technology strategy and solution
• Manage and lead a team of senior business analysts and project managers
• Engage with GIS and Business stakeholders to advise on strategy and provide ongoing status reports
Qualifications
• Strong business analysis skills (business requirements and process translation and documentation, market research analysis)
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills, with experience in working with multiple brands
• Experience in New Product Launch Processes (preferably in CPG and/or luxury retail industry)
• Experience in & passion for digital technology solutions. Technology story-telling capability to bring excitement to business partners
• Experience in Creative and Marketing Processes, especially in advertising and marketing companies
• Experience in SaaS solutions, vendor management and deploying global solutions across multiple consumer brands
• Minimum Education level:Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience: 8
