The North Face: Digital Performance Marketing Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full time position responsible for assisting with the paid search, natural search, display and affiliate programs at The North Face to drive the DTC business. This role reports in to the Digital Performance Marketing Manager and works at The North Face headquarters in Alameda, CA. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of paid and organic marketing programs, strong organizational and project management skills, and be passionate about delivering a great customer experience through our marketing communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support SEO, paid search, display and affiliate programs to grow the DTC business.
• Assist in maintaining cross-functional digital priorities calendar.
• Coordinate delivery of creative assets, product feeds, support tickets and other detail oriented tasks in order to execute flawless digital campaigns.
• Assist in compiling reporting across campaigns to measure performance and provide insights. Ensure that campaigns are being tracked accurately.
• Assist in defining and communicating priorities and delivering creative assets to agency partners.
• Assist in building customer journeys across tactics to ensure a positive and frictionless customer experience with the goal of showing value to the DTC business.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 2 years related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years experience in marketing, digital experience preferred.
• Preference for a background in the outdoor and/or premium apparel industry.
• Knowledge of digital media, specifically paid search (Adwords), natural search, display (remarketing and paid social) and affiliates.
• Adaptable and collaborative.
• Detail oriented and extremely organized with strong follow through.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work fast, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel required: 5%
