The North Face: Retail Brand Experience Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The RBE Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing TNF branded marketing initiatives with TNF Full Price and Outlet locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be a strategic, solution oriented and positive leader within the RBE and Marketing teams. Create strategic partnerships with internal creative teams as well as outside agencies.
• Create best-in-class marketing collateral and bring relevant marketing initiatives to life with in our full price retail and outlet locations these accounts: Including but not limited to building and adhering to project timelines and budget, close partnership and communication with Retail leadership, determining fixture signage needs based on space and assortment, creating graphic plans.
• Partner closely with D2C and Creative Services teams to ensure a holistic approach; balance agency and account requests with brand guidelines.
• Manage and deliver signage including: Overhead graphics, fixture toppers, footwear, equipment, Holiday/Gifting, Fall Trans, price points, elevated flagship graphics, and outlet signage.
• Replacing damaged or lost signage and visual assets for stores
• Partnering with field merchandising teams work through visual issues.
• Consistently communicate to D2C team on tracking and relevant information.
• Be the liaison for the Marketing Department and the Retail team.
• Refine existing process and procedures to maximize time and budget.
• Ensure successful execution of all initiatives, on budget and on time.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• +4 years of Brand, Visual Merchandising or Store Design experience.
• +2 years of cross-channel management.
• BA or BFA preferred
• Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• Strong ability to adapt to frequent change while handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Computer/Software Applications: Mac Platform, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point, Word, Excel.
• Superior time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both upward, peer and downward.
• Strong partnership and ability to work transparently.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and work within budget tool system.
• Fearless approach to try new things and learn.
• Ability to inspire and develop strong talent and address weak talent.
• Ability to think and act independently.
• Strong connection to outside design as well as competitive efforts.
• Travel required: 15%
