Executive Assistant
Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the daily operational functions and long-term strategic goals of the Executive Team at Anthropologie
Responsibilities
• Manage calendars daily and schedule meetings
• Book all travel and offer travel support to appropriate teams
• Prepare monthly expense reports
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business reports
• Schedule and prepare for department meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate Monthly Staff Meetings
• Reconcile monthly budget and summarize
• Prepare presentations for the executive team
• Organize leadership training and educational training for team
• Manage artist / designer contracts and ensure payments and samples are delivered on-time
• Label and branding coordination for design-driven projects
• IT Request for new hires
• Administrative support
• Support new business growth through market research
• Participate in booking of travel & location ideas for seasonal concept and inspiration trips
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple deadline-driven tasks
• Must demonstrate highly creative problem solving and swift decision making
• Must anticipate and be prepared for alternate outcomes
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Must maintain high level of confidentiality
• Strong presentation skills
• Willing to help, generous with time, but assertive
