We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.
This position is accountable for:
• managing the planning and execution of all global marketing meetings, marketing involvement in key seasonal Brand milestone meetings and department-wide engagement activities
• developing (and disseminating) key marketing deliverables at all major GTM milestones
• Serving as the lead integration partner for M&D Operations;
• Managing ad hoc operations projects.
Key Metrics:
• Flawless execution of global marketing meetings – on budget & yielding top box survey results
• Creation of compelling and engaging presentation materials
• Ongoing maintenance of regional marketing toolkits
• Effective integration with M&D Ops and representation of marketing function with cross functional partners
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as key point person and integration lead with M&D Operations team and primary contact on cross functional operations/process projects
• Manage the development of opening presentations and other marketing deliverables and regional “toolkits” at all key seasonal milestone meetings.
• Manage the planning and execution of two SF based, 50+ person global marketing summits and one 40+ person BE Summit (location rotates) per year. Responsibilities include calendaring, agenda creation, presenter & presentation coordination, working with procurement, space and catering logistics, vendor and budget management
• Manage the planning and oversee execution of one international 15 person strategic planning meeting per year. Responsibilities include calendaring, agenda creation, presentation & pre-read coordination, working with procurement, space and catering logistics, vendor and budget management
• Manage planning and execution of department engagement activities including Townhalls, Brown Bags, Twice-yearly Engagement events (e.g., Helping Hands)
• Manage special Operations projects, as needed
Experience:
• B.A. /B.S. in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns are executed
• Experience managing cross functional projects
• Experience in fashion/retail
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
