Sales & Marketing Executive, GLAMGLOW
Sales
• Prepare calendarized net and retail sales forecast and by store group by month by Beauty Specialists.
• Prepare and support in preparing the retail and net sales budgets.
• Consolidate the yearly/monthly retail and unit targets, yearly/monthly sales and stock plan.
• Implement the monthly sell-thru program by store/group in conjunction with marketing, training and public relations.
• Work with store management to develop business strategies and sell-thru programs aimed at building a profitable partnership.
• Coordinate and schedule the regular Counter Manager meetings to review the usage and sales techniques, stock balance, sales/stock performance, inventory review list and sales goals achievement
Marketing
• Work with advertising agency to strategize and develop a media schedule according to marketing calendar and budget.
• Plan and oversee the execution of the marketing media and promotional plan.
• Ensure the execution excellence of media schedule within budget & offer optimal effectiveness.
• Develop and implement consumer events to create interaction and high touch with consumers.
• Negotiate with outside parties for joint promotions.
• Conduct and track competitive activities & review on a regular basis.
Work with Forecasting and Inventory Management to ensure timely availability of saleable & non-saleable stocks for upcoming promotional programs, healthy stock levels, management of promotional stock usage and obsolescence and registration of new products.
Prepare project brief sheets for circulation to team members for their necessary follow-up support.
Qualifications
• University graduate in Marketing or business related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant marketing experience in cosmetics or FMCG industry
• Innovative and self-motivated
• Attention to details and good time management
• Pro-active and with can-do mindset
• Good business acumen
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
Digital savvy and proficiency in MS office tools
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
