DESCRIPTION
We love designing and making great clothes, but what happens next? Without our merchandising teams we’d be stuck. They’re a calculating bunch, making sure we order the right amount of clothes, stick to our budget and deliver orders out to our customers on time. When we come to the end of the season they also choose the sale stock.
Life can get pretty hectic in merchandising and we now need an incredibly organised and efficient administrator to join our ever-growing team.
You’ll be looking out for our customers every step of the way - liaising with suppliers, the warehouse and our buying and technology departments so we can deliver on our promises. You'll be responsible for assisting with initial season set up, setting up purchase orders using initial order confirmations and monitoring and carrying forward lines, as well as advising the merchandiser of necessary actions and inputting actual purchase order shipment and delivery dates into the critical path.
We're looking for someone with a serious love of numbers, great Excel skills and the desire to build a career in merchandising. To be in with a chance you’ll have relevant retail experience or a head office internship.
