Director, Dockers Global Brand Environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Director, Global Brand Environments for Dockers. The Director will link product strategies and marketing to customer and consumer touch-points enhancing brand experiences that drive synergy, alignment and adoption of Brand Environment objectives and initiatives.

• Improve cross functional relationships within Dockers Marketing organization global and local
Key Responsibilities:
Directives, Training Materials and Environments
• Create Global & LSA Mainline, Wholesale & Outlet BE on-floor directives inclusive of product VM & promo signage toolkits
• Drive Global & LSA Mainline, Wholesale & Outlet Outlet seasonal imagery toolkit
• Deliver Global Mainline, Wholesale & Outlet annual VM Owners Manuals
• Create and manage installation of brand moments for sales meetings, tradeshows and internal events
Global/Local Communication link
• Anchor point for Global BE alignment for all channels
• Anchor point for LSA BE alignment for all channels
• Drives Global POV for BE through trainings tools and sessions

◦ LSA lead
• Manage relationships with external LSA customers
◦ Create and collaborate on floorplans and product launches
◦ Elevate on-floor presentations through annual and season updates
• Build cross functional & regional partnerships
◦ Build strong relationships to bridge the BE connection between cross-functional teams within Global & local Retail organizations.
◦ Lead cross functional initiatives to drive business results
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 12+ years work experience creative, visual , merchandising and store design
• Leader in driving results
• Drive deployment and adoption of materials
• Action planning skills
• Experience with store planning, designs and merchandising floor plans
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, In-Design and high proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and consumer insight
• Exceptional financial acumen and retail math
• Effective ability to influence and engage cross functional partners
• Forward thinking, solution oriented
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Prior supervision & management experience
• Creative mindset with ability to bring ideas to life in a visual manner
• Interacts with Global & Regional Retail & Brand leadership
• Interacts with external contractors, agencies, vendors and partners
