Senior Specialist Master Data eCommerce

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
• Manage the global range plan and identify need for local asset creation
• Ensure the timely availability of assets and global master data for all Demandware markets in GEPS
• Manage the master data for adidas EU, Reebok EU, personalization, miadidas & miteam within the Online shops
• Support in the implementation of improvements to the navigation and filters through master data enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the global range plan and identify need for local asset creation
• Create and maintain a global range plan for all eCommerce markets based on the individual market ranges for each season
• Coordinate the asset production for Europe with GACT ensuring that retail intro dates and tiering structure is adhered to
• Pro-actively communicate the need for local asset creation and share information on updates to global style-guides to the non-European markets
• Ensure the timely availability of assets and global master data for all Demandware markets in GEPS and Demandware
• Upload of all assets available in ACS or Marvin to Demandware
• Segmentation and setup of the product master data in GEPS and Demandware
• Identify and solve issues with the product presentation in Demandware and act as the main contact person for Site Operations & IT support teams for topics concerning product data
• Manage the master data for adidas EU, Reebok EU, personalization, miadidas & miteam within the Online shops
• Setup the master data for all adidas , Reebok, personalizable articles in the European Online shop
• Setup of the miadidas & miteam inspirations and extraction of feeds for all platforms
• Manage the integration of adidas , Reebok and miadidas products in the European Online shops
• Coordinate improvements to the product master data template
• Align with all stakeholders on product data improvements needed to better support internal/external search, user experience or onsite navigation
• Coordinate the implementation of the changes to the data structure with all markets and marketing teams to avoid dead links on the sites or errors in marketing campaigns
Key Relationships:
• Local Merchandisers from the Demandware Markets, Global Asset Creation Team, Site Operations and Global IT – CC eCommerce
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel
• Preferably experience of working Access or other Data base
• Good planning & organizing skills
• Result driven personality
• Great attention to detail
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing Management or System administration
• Min 1 years’ experience with Demandware or other eCommerce platform
