Omni-Channel Marketing Coordinator
Summary:
Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated & detail oriented Account Marketing Coordinator to support the Omni-Channel Account Marketing Team. This individual will be an introduced to the inner-workings of the beauty industry within a leading global beauty brand and must be prepared to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities are heavily rooted in digital and include supporting the Account Marketing team with retailer ecommerce site content, exposure tracking, new product set-up, merchandising as well as handling all of the administrative aspects within the retail marketing department. This position will also work closely with Omni-Channel Retail Account Marketing Manager to drive the business for one of our key sampling, marketing & retail partners.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
MARKETING
• Partner with the Omni-Channel Retail Account Marketing Manager to strategize and drive new product launches, core initiatives, sampling programs and special projects in store & online.
• Collaborate with the Omni-Channel Retail Account Marketing Manager to develop robust sampling campaigns that build buzz around new launches & key focuses.
• Create & execute unique sales driving programs in partnership with the Omni-Channel Retail Account Marketing Manager.
• Identify areas of opportunity within the competitive landscape based on new marketing platforms, trends, product assortment & incentive offerings.
• Oversee monthly in store event strategy including but not limited to driving collateral needs, creating event packets and recapping learnings post mortem.
• Project manage and help execute all channel Market Week meetings in conjunction with Marketing Managers, Account Directors/Managers with support from the creative team.
ECOMMERCE
• Collect new product information, including product set-up forms, product images, copy, videos & tagging, for all retailers to ensure an accurate & timely launch.
• Monitor copy, images & videos on live product pages to ensure accuracy & real time relevance.
• Identify areas of opportunity and suggest updates when necessary.
• Track online & social exposure for the Benefit brand by retail account while also keeping an up-to- date competitive analysis library.
ADMINISTRATIVE
• Fulfill sample & product orders, manage tracking and communication with our warehouse and retail partners.
• Manage and maintain all retail marketing calendars, project timelines, promotional plans & sampling
• initiatives.
• Event support as needed.
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• College degree or certificate in Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years Beauty, Marketing or Ecommerce experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + experience using Google docs.
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and a fast learner.
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be enthusiastic, motivated, confident, responsible & have a sense of humor.
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively – must be self-sufficient and a team player.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about beauty/cosmetics.
