THE ROLE
Implement and continuously reinforce the visual merchandising standards set by the company in different brands in the region by:
• Conducting shop visits and work with the regional team and stores to ensure that guidelines are followed to maintain the global brand image
• Managing VM team to meet daily objectives
• Conducting VM training
• Liaising with Head Office Visual Merchandising to ensure good exchange of information and ideas
• Assisting stores to implement VM directive per individual store specification
• Managing new season launches and new releases
• Presenting recommendations on VM plans & concepts – research competitors, gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders and present ideas
• Ensuring overall store presentation reflects Cotton On Body’s high standards
• Housekeeping to highest standard, stock delivery completed efficiently, neat storage of fixtures and equipment, and back rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience as an Flagship, Area, Regional or Multi Site Visual Merchandiser within retail or a similar environment
• Inspirational leadership skills with a passion for developing people within the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong cross functional relationships and strategic partnerships
• Be fast, organised, creative and sales oriented and you will rock this role!
