Purpose:
Drive the development and implementation of marketing and business development plans with wholesale- and e-commerce partners within the global fashion specialty sales environment
Key Accountabilities:
• Lead and customize the development of integrated marketing strategies and plans for accounts based on overall brand direction and account business objectives for all adidas style collaborations (Y-3, adidas by Stella McCartney, adidas x Raf Simons, adidas x Kolor and additional collections)
• Drive brand heat for style collaborations and increase consumer perception in fashion retail environment (NPS)
• Drive commercial framework for Global Fashion Specialty Sales
• Creation of seasonal retail marketing tool kits and customized assets for key accounts for all style collaborations
• Development and implementation of seasonal marketing strategies with key accounts
• Development and implementation of customer segmentation in collaboration with Sales
• Create and intensify communication and cooperation with key accounts through showroom attendance and store visits
• Further enhance commercial basic framework of contracts and policies for global fashion specialty sales
• Alignment on roll out plans, communication strategy and best practice examples on a global level
• Explore existing global policies and transfer meaningful solutions to fashion retail environment
• Brief interdisciplinary departments on campaign objectives and strategies to further develop detailed plans and oversee team from plan sign-off to deliver to ensure tactics are supporting the approved strategy. Cross-functional team includes Marketing Communication, Sales, Brand Marketing, In-Store Marketing, PR, Event Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Retail Activation Project Management and Merchandising.
• Present plan and obtain buy-in from Account, Brand Marketing and Commercial Management
• Coordinate and manage 3rd party service providers (internal/external) to ensure qualitative, on time and budget production of required marketing activation tools and creative.
• Establish plan to monitor success of marketing campaigns through a variety of measurements such as research, ROI, sell-through, etc.
• Take a lead role in developing and presenting at sell-in – and sales meetings.
• Manage marketing working budget + CAPEX
• Customer relation management, feedback and document sales results
