As the Email & Mobile Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our digital messages are properly built, loaded and scheduled for send using Oracle’s Responsys tools.
Along with the Senior CRM Manager you’ll also interpret and report the results while looking for opportunities to test and optimize. This is a highly collaborative role that interfaces daily with our project management, design, copy, development, and site merchandising teams as well as our external agency partners.
The ideal candidate will have a fascination with digital marketing, a curious mind and an eagerness to learn how each cog in our marketing stack works to produce a relevant, consistent and on-brand message.
Responsibilties
• Produce and schedule for deployment email and push/in-app marketing campaigns
• Work with various stakeholders to coordinate asset production
• Using basic html and CSS, code and load into Responsys 5-6 email campaigns per week
• Thoroughly QA email and optimize for a variety of screen sizes where applicable
• Load push and in-app messages into platform and schedule for delivery
• Build and test queries to effectively segment and target audience
• Monitor and report on email and push campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools
• Contribute your ideas, insights and thoughts as technology, fashion and seasons change
Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in email or relevant digital marketing, knowledge of Oracle
• Responsys and mobile marketing a plus
• Familiarity with principles of database marketing segmentation
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of email client basics desktop and mobile
• High level understanding of analytics and reporting
• Technical aptitude, curious to figure out how everything works together
• Desire to work in fashion a plus but fashion experience not necessary
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
• Flexibility, able to adjust on the fly to changes in deadlines and asset availability
• College degree
• A great attitude!
