Studio Production produces world-class visual assets for NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, YOOX, THE OUTNET and ONLINE FLAGSHIP STORES Powered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Operating from our London HQ and US studio in New Jersey as well as Italian centres for excellences, our team includes Studio Coordinators, Product Library (Samples), Styling, Size and Fit, Photography, Video, Retouch, Product Editorial and Translations teams, with many working across a combination of all Group’s websites each week.
Role purpose: We are offering a unique opportunity for a bright individual to join our Studio Production Team. You will support the teams ensuring the smooth flow of products through the studio, enabling us to meet our daily upload deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• To provide support to the Senior Studio Production Manager with the day to day running of the US Studio.
• Collaborate with studio managers to streamline processes, enabling teams to be as efficient and productive as possible.
• Work closely with studio coordinators team to manage the daily studio schedule, reacting to and pre-empting any potential problems and ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
• Carry out review process for Production Coordinators and identify areas of improvement and development, supporting their career objectives.
• Engage, inspire and motivate the Studio Production team
• Manage a team of studio interns, responsible for assisting across all styling sets and making part of a highly productive studio team. This includes hiring strong capable candidates, arranging training programmes, mentoring and developing individuals throughout their placement and setting final projects.
• Be pro-active, able to show initiative and suggest ideas to constantly improve the workflow and quality of the studio team, as well as the wider business
• Work with Retail teams across NAP, MRP and Outnet to deliver required studio capacity weekly, along with a long term view on the business needs.
• To liaise closely with the UK Studio Production Team Leader to maintain continuity across both studios.
• Manage inter departmental expectations and continually improve the creative workflow to ensure the NAP Group Studio is the most efficient in the industry.
• Liaise with companywide teams such as Marketing, Personal Shopping and Buyers to ensure the Studio is supporting wider business goals.
• Work closely with finance teams to develop appropriate model and freelance budgets.
• Build strong relationships with all model agencies, able to negotiate strong rates and ensure we are seeing the highest standard of models in the industry.
• Be a source of knowledge, able to represent the Studio in both inter departmental and external meetings
• Work with the Product Library Team to ensure new upload items are received for all studio teams to work on in a timely manner
• Creating time and opportunity for the team to focus on testing projects and thinking outside the box as to how we can continually make improvements as a business and ensure we lead not follow.
• Help drive and support creative initiatives across the wider studio, aiming to motivate and engage the studio teams
• Support low re-shoots; work with styling editors to ensure all reshoots are logged/tracked each week and not exceeding 3%
• Working on ad hoc projects and new launches

You will be based at our Mahwah, NJ studio
Hours
You will work from Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
