We are looking for a Global Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for Levi’s Performance Collections.
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and development campaigns and engagement programs that elevate the Levi’s brand through these market leading collections; driving progressive denim leadership, life/style equity, and community based engagement.
• Execute programs driving brand and product relevance to existing and potentially new Levi’s® consumers, and strategically positioning the Performance Collections into the broader Levi’s ecosystem.
• Partner closely with Regional Marketing Managers to ensure the collections show up flawlessly in all stages of go-to-market across the globe.
• Serve as a Brand Marketing liaison for countries without dedicated Collections Marketing support.
• Manage creative agencies, strategic media partners and local vendors.
• Be a creative marketing thinker and have the ability to drive agency partners to innovate how Levi’s communicates and engages our consumers.
• Collaborate with Global Digital counterparts to build, optimize and maintain brand experiences on all digital platforms including levi.com, social media, online communities, etc.
• Maintain cohesive relationships and seamless communication with critical cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Creative Services, Brand Environment, and Regional Marketing partners, etc.
• Ensure cross-functional team onboarding of Performance Collection story and vision.
• Build creative guidelines, frameworks, processes and workflows for campaign creation and global leverage where necessary.
• Work with Levi’s Creative Services to define guidelines around copy, visuals, and photography; and with Marketing Operations to solidify where these collections fit within the marketing go-to-market calendar.
• Understand the broader Levi’s financial plan and manage to annual budgets covering all facets of the Performance Collection marketing programs/activities.
• Facilitate the process between internal Finance, internal Marketing and our agency partners
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant Brand Marketing and/or Agency experience
• Performance Apparel experience a plus
• Strong planning, organizational and implementation skills; proven ability to drive flawless execution
• Excellent project management and organizational skills a must
• Understanding of the Performance Apparel market and general retail trends
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
• Strong prioritization and problem solving abilities
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills required
• Experience managing vendors and/or external agency partners
