We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Internal Communications and Events (New Graduate).This position is part of the Graduate Rotational Program.
ABOUT THE GRADUATE ROTATIONAL PROGRAM
This eight (8) week program is structured to train motivated individuals who show a keen interest in the fashion retail industry. This program allows Business Administration grads to gain experience in a variety of departments within the company. The goal is to expose the grads to business strategies and a general learning curriculum that would ensure their growth. At the end of the eight (8) weeks, the grads will be better equipped for the role which they were hired for.

ABOUT THE COORDINATOR, INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND EVENTS POSITION
Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the Coordinator, Internal Communications and Events contributes to the execution of integrated communication plans which support the organization's objectives and, ultimately, increase employee engagement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide ongoing editorial support for all communications, including formatting and content development to ensure that internal and external communications are aligned with the company's image (websites, intranet and other media);
• Assist the Communication Manager with the planning and coordinating of social and strategic events, while respecting both budget and deadlines;
• Participate in the elaboration of the communication strategies aimed at promoting the employer brand and Groupe Dynamite’s culture (brainstorming sessions, ideation and conceptualization of videos, brochures, promotional items, etc.);
• Collaborate with different departments on key projects;
• Provide administrative support to the function.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field;
• Some relevant experience in internal communications in business/event planning is an asset;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English;
• Strong project coordination skills, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines;
• Experience with social media, multimedia and emerging technologies;
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Web design/Photoshop/InDesign. Additional technical competencies an asset;
• Knowledge in photography an asset;
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player with focus on ethical standards.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE GRADUATE ROTATIONAL PROGRAM, YOU MUST:
• Have graduated from a University program in the last 24 months;
• Have a minimum average GPA of 3.2;
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Be passionate about fashion;
• Be bilingual (English and French, written and spoken).
