Your Role on the Team
As a Director of Data Operations, Enterprise Data, you will be a key member of the team and part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic Nike-Wide objectives with tactical demands. The successful candidate will:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Build our Data Operations team by bringing together subject matter experts across the organization in data analysis, business process management, and quality assurance
• Provide business and functional support of new Enterprise Data & Analytics platforms and machine learning capabilities
• Own living documents in partnership with Information Architecture of Customer, Product and Consumer journeys in support of strategic initiatives
• Drive operational excellence for information management with business and technology partners by identifying simplification opportunities of data flows and systems
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data leadership to operationalize central data strategies and frameworks
• Monitor operational controls to ensure integrity through the value chain
• Enable effective, efficient working relationship with business and technology partners – primary liaison to Tech Ops and other operational partners
• Engage and communicate Enterprise Data Operations across the Data Stewardship community as well in partnership with the Enterprise Data and Analytics councils.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years’ experience leading and managing operations or programs focused on business processes or Data & Analytics; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process lead or as a lead in a functional role.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and operational execution
• Expert level operations management skills. Lean process design experience preferred.
• Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
• Demonstration of strong influencing skills
