HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Product Owner:
Act as a strategic lead on defining and delivering a comprehensive product vision and enable the delivery of a complex product roadmap including loyalty, engagement services and other cross-functional consumer engagement initiatives;
Work with team to prioritize own backlog and measure the value being added by the product increments being delivered through a well-defined set of KPIs/reports;
Partner with the IT Director (counterpart) to assure that the delivery of the products increments happens in a timely manner and with the appropriate quality;
• People management:
Manage a team of product owners/experts, assuring the right level of coaching and delegation that enables the team members to be successful;
Build the foundation to create a high-performance team, assuring that a culture that nurtures confidence, collaboration and creativity is in place, that the team understands it and feels motivated by it
Provide regular feedback to the team to assure that a mind-set of continuous improvement is part of the team’s DNA;
• Stakeholder Management
Analytics: Work together with the data and analytics team to assure that the right level of collaboration is in place. Defining success KPIs, consistently measuring results and use those to trigger product improvements are just a few of the key activities to be driven jointly by the personalization and Analytics team.
.Com / Social / Mobile teams: Partner with the teams responsible for the different front-end components of the digital eco-system and define a common approach that enables the different channels to appropriately deliver personalized experiences;
Vendors: Partner with external vendors to assure that the appropriate level of know-how is available to the team and that the vendor relationship is adding the appropriate level of value to the personalization roadmap. Act as initial escalation point to handle possible misalignment with external vendor resources;
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Ideally master degree in business administration or comparable degree
• Min. 9 years professional experience in multi-national business environment (5+year experience in CRM), including, min. 2 years management experience;
• Good level of knowledge on CRM and/or digital marketing, specific experience in personalization programs across communication channels would be a definitive plus;
• Self-starter with proven experience in delivering complex capabilities together with IT and vendor teams;
• Experience in product management, working in an agile/SCRUM mode and Fluent in English
