To ensure that all operational processes as it relates to receiving, distribution and inventory control are managed according to company regulations and standards.
• Facilitate all transfers electronically in and out of warehouse, partnering with stores to verify that all shipments arrive secure and complete, and match description on documents. Work with stores to ensure that any discrepancies are addressed immediately and report any unresolved issues to inventory control
• Facilitate all packing and shipping of assortments going to and from stores
• Responsible for the control and replenishment of supplies needed or as requested by the team
• Create and maintain item definition within AS400
• 2 years of related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must be detail oriented, organized and reliable
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment, preferred FileMaker and Word Excel, DSS, AS400, of Knowledge skills. Computer Strong
