Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Support the Senior Brand Activation Manager to execute WE strategies, campaigns & activations.
Develop sell in tools that are utilised by the EKA account managers at sell ins, in order to influence the futures order book, and the development of sell out tools in order to drive conversion across all points of sale (instore/digital) for strategically identified concepts which are consistent with the Omni Channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the WE calendar with the EKA’s, focusing on all aspects of activation; in store / out of store
• Support the development of Account Marketing Plans for UK based EKA’s; present for /with Sales Teams;
• Implement the CTC distribution platform finalizing the EKA sell-in packages (RSM, POS, staff trainings, sell-out tools…)
• Ensure perfect execution at POS (space planning, merchandising, POS ordering, VM planning…)
• Brief agencies and execute the EKA campaigns
• Gather feedback on the performance of concepts & campaigns to identify successful marketing tools (measure success) – share best practices
• Ensure that all key stakeholders from Brand Activation to the BU’s are aware at all times of the EKA Account Marketing Plans
Relevant KPIs include:
• Business Metrics: Net Sales, Market Share, Sell-Through, Traffic, ROS,
• Brand strength: Scale and profile
• Execution excellence in Key: City, Concept, Doors
• CRM (Followers, Engagement rates, Number Addresses, ..)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience in brand marketing, merchandising and/or sales (preferably in wholesale and in the sporting goods industry)
Project management experience
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Good negotiation skills/ relationship building
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
Fluent in English
