Manager Account Digital Activation LAM
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Ensure the achievement of sales and brand leadership targets in those accounts we have selected as key partners for the mid-long term, through the development and implementation of the KA's Digital Strategy. Support the development of the Account Marketing Digital Plans in line with brand, channel and customer priorities, and drive the implementation in line with Regional WHS Digital Strategy
Key Responsibilities Functional:
• Increase adidas business and KA brand share in LAM WHS eCom, in strong collaboration with local teams.
• Guarantee brand leadership among KA's eCom through optimal planning and execution of all key account digital marketing elements
• Ensure integration of the KA's Digital Strategy into the country's priorities, in strong collaboration with commercial department.
• Support, from a Digital Marketing perspective, the creation of the Account Marketing plans for the selected partners of the KA's Digital Strategy; focused on improving both sell in and sell out, ensuring quality growth.
• Foster collaboration and customer relationship through ongoing communication, plan revisions, business analysis and recommendations geared to improve set KPIs within the Key Account.
• Align local Key Account Digital Plans with overall eCom marketing guidelines and regional WHS Digital Strategy.
• Monitor implementation and results/ROI of Key Account Marketing activities as outlined in the Account Plans.
• Budget implementation and MWB control according to the objectives of the KA's Digital Strategy. On-time communications of Target Adjustments and Overspend to finance team.
• Prepare and hold with markets impactful presentations to Key Accounts supporting negotiation of new digital spaces.
• Present KA's Digital Strategy to required functions in Marketing (Brand, PR, Social, SPOMA, Product and Digital) and brief them with the specific needs related to the season.
• Drive quality growth by ensuring all commercial/sellout activities do not compromise our brand positioning or strategy.
• Serve as main contact with regional digital agencies to implement efficiently the KA's Digital Strategy
• Establish regular AM best practice sharing from other regions/markets with LAM countries
• Overseee the correct deployment of the KA's Digital Strategy pillars, ensuring a positive and efficient ROI.
• Develop, implement and monitor the KA's Digital Strategy, in line with the brand and WHS channel priorities.

Establish a high performance culture and drive employee engagement, leading by example.
Identify and develop high-potential talents, to fuel the team's succession plan.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Significant knowledge of key digital marketing tools (Display, SEO/SEM, Social, CRM, Analytics), preferably experience with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry prefered)
• Strong understanding of wholesale competitive/business environment and consumer behavior
• Deep and strong understanding of the digital and eCom trends and competitive landscape
• Project Management Skills; attention to detail, proactive & highly organized approach to work
• Strong analytical skills and fact based orientation in decision making
• Ability to influence cross functional teams, cultivate relationships; both within and outside the organization
• Ability to lead a process and influence and manage indirect reports
• Budget management and compliance
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products, and basic understanding of programming languages, such as HTML
• Experience in both market and above market organization (preferred)
Requisite Education and Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Administrative/Industrial Engineer, or related.
• 4+ years professional experience in Project Management and/or Marketing. 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills. Portuguese is a plus.
