1. Manage the SEAPAC product range for Core FTW & neo
◦ Create the category range build and monitor SKU efficiency, ensuring Net Sales and margin targets are met
◦ Define the distribution channel strategy based on the target consumer in SEAPAC
◦ Manage the category forecasting process and implementation with all relevant stakeholders
◦ Set a harmonized category pricing strategy for all SEAPAC countries
◦ Define the pooling and replenishment options and track on-time delivery of key concepts in co-ordination with the Planning team
2. Manage the development and co-ordination of the SEAPAC category merchandising and category marketing plan
◦ Define the category’s Strategic Business Plan for the SEAPAC market across all business functions within the over-arching Sport Style strategic framework
◦ Develop and present seasonal category plans to internal and external stakeholders
◦ Create detailed range roll out and go-to-market plans to ensure premium brand presence
◦ Develop detailed and innovative sell-in tools to help subsidiaries with local application and execution
3. Monitor the category financial targets
◦ Support defining the category financial targets for SEAPAC in terms of net sales, margins, sell through, stock turn, market share, share of business
◦ Gather market and consumer data / trends for further development of the category and brand across the SEAPAC market setting in close collaboration with country teams
◦ Drive category analyses at various milestones of the marketing E2E calendar
4. Others
◦ Follow up with the SEAPAC subsidiary brand activation and omni-channel marketing teams on the implementation details of category plans and events to deliver set objectives
◦ Work in close collaboration with SEAPAC CtC / MOPS and Brand Marketing functions (e.g. Communication, Activation, VM), as well as the global Originals & Action Sports Product and CtC team
◦ DMT / RMA range input and management
◦ Ad hoc range reporting and presentations
◦ Manage cross-functional projects / tasks
◦ Support Sport Style team targets / activities (i.e. not limited to own category)
