Account Executive, Chaps Rtw

Manage and develop strategies by account to drive top line sales and a mutually profitable business relationship with an assigned account structure that supports CHAPS brand strategy.
• Develop and implement financial business plan by account to achieve internal and external sales and profit objectives.
• Partner with Planning team to ensure financial reconciliation and seasonal assortment plan needs are met
• Meet the business objectives and needs for each account in collaboration with internal planning and the account buying/planning teams
• Ensure high level of professional and proactive communication with all levels of account management both internally and externally
• Manage integrated marketing plan (Capital, Advertising, Collateral) by account in partnership with marketing
• Partner with merchandising and visual team to ensure accurate floor plans are distributed to accounts
• Lead and mentor sales assistant to achieve professional and personal goals
• Business analysis and strategy planning
• Account management and communication
• College Degree
• Minimum 5-7 years of wholesale/retail apparel sales experience inclusive of managerial responsibility
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and organized
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills
• Strong product knowledge in the Apparel Market and Brand Positioning
• Ability to travel/flexibility
• Strong Excel and Power Point Skills
