SUMMARY: Delta Galil Premium Brands (7 For All Mankind, Splendid and ella moss) is looking for driven and passionate students to intern at the Los Angeles Corporate Office in the DG Premium Brands Human Resources department. The internship program will last for 10 weeks starting on June 5, 2017 – August 11, 2017.
SOME OF YOUR DAILY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Identify a gap in the existing training program, Delta Galil Learning University; Design and implement a segment of a course that addresses this gap
• Create marketing materials to encourage staff to participate in learning and development offerings
• Analyze learning and development and HR data using excel
• Support HR team on ongoing HR Programs (i.e. Summer events, Engagement Survey, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a currently enrolled, undergraduate college student
• Studies must be aligned with the department you are applying for
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:30pm (or similar hours) for 10 weeks, starting on June 5, 2017
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Innovative: Shows curiosity

• Strong communicator: Able to express thoughts clearly, verbal and written
• Professionalism: Able to maintain professional demeanor when assessing learning gaps and manage confidential information
