We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Coordinator to join our innovative Topshop Digital team. We have ambitious plans to grow CRM at Topshop and this role will be pivotal to the success.

THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity within TOPSHOP Digital for a Creative Operations Lead. You be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of digital creative solutions and play an integral role in the project management and launch of all creative campaigns across TOPSHOP digital channels.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Traffic management of daily tasks across Editorial and Design teams to ensure effective delivery of assets in line with agreed timelines, flexing resource and working reactively to ensure the team meet daily deadlines
• Run daily team stand up sessions to prioritise tasks and manage any risks to delivery
• Lead weekly sign off meetings with stakeholders. Ensure content is ready and team are prepared. Manage feedback from the sessions to deliver signed off content on time
• Receive and review all creative briefs and translate them into a clear set of digital deliverables that are scheduled according to deadlines.
• Regularly review briefs and workflow processes to ensure that all requirements are captured for the creative teams to work efficiently and maximise output
• Project management of creative campaigns including briefing requirements, tracking project milestones, identifying risks, creating contingency plans, leading meetings and communicating project status to teams involved.
• Key Liaison between digital and wider business teams, attending regular meetings with PR and Marketing to ensure teams are aligned and digital requirements are captured.
• Current projects include – London Fashion Week, Bridal, Denim, Dresses campaign, Magazine page redesign, Rich Store Landing pages,
• Administration tasks such as raising invoices, maintaining team documentation and ad hoc requests
MUST HAVES
• Experience in a similar role of traffic or project management would be desirable, iteally within a digital fashion environment
• Able to communicate confidently and assertively across multiple teams and senior management
• Able to building effective relationships and have a personable manner
• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
• A positive person with a solution focused attitude focused on meeting deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
• Display flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs of the business
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Proactive and ability to work on own initiative
• Shows personal drive to get results and generate improvements
