What you’ll be doing day to day…
• Leading the Digital Trading, Production, Marketing & Design teams to deliver the Global Digital plan through desktop, mobile, Apps and instore Digital
• Holding the ownership of the Global Digital Commercial Strategy with a strong focus on both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability
• Delivering conversion optimisation throughout the Miss Selfridge Digital Customer Journey
• Ownership of the digital trading calendar, pricing and promotional strategy and the digital marketing calendar that will deliver this
• Working closely with the Customer Experience Director to ensure our content across all digital channels represents the brands DNA and tone of voice, in line with the Brand Vision
• Overseeing the Digital Marketing Team to maximise our PPC, SEO, Social Media and affiliate marketing relationships
• Developing and executing the CRM growth strategy, including acquisition and retention through segmentation and optimisation
• Representing the Miss Selfridge brand digitally across all touch points
• Working with Arcadia Group Digital to shape and deliver the IT digital development roadmap
• Development of the digital customer and user interface
• Managing strategic process improvements across all aspects of the digital operation
• Playing an active role in the Miss Selfridge Senior Management Team contributing to the overall brand strategy and direction
• Playing a pivotal role for the brand, teams and internal functions to co-ordinate projects and provide two-way communication
• Developing the skills of the team – identifies individual training needs as well as encourages effective teamwork
• Providing positive leadership, coaching and mentoring the team to be the best they can
What we’re looking for…
• A proven track record in leading a successful dynamic and future focused digital team.
• A clear specialism in one or more of: Digital Trading; Digital UI; Analytics; Digital Production, Digital Marketing.
• A real passion for Digital and the trends in the industry.
• Strong experience of both internal and external stakeholder management.
• A passion for developing people to succeed.
• A data led, customer focused mentality to Digital leadership.
