Organizational Structure:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Associate
Responsibilities:
• Lead the management of the daily email process under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Analyst
• Execute email campaigns in the ESP interface, setting up email creative, creating segments, QA final test emails ensuring accuracy of creative, disclaimers and subject lines
• Deliver the development analysis of weekly/monthly/campaign reporting and identify actionable next steps that will grow and optimize the email campaigns
• Assist in driving online traffic, acquisitions, leads and revenue through Paid Search, Display Advertising, Email, Remarketing, Affiliate and any other brand-appropriate digital marketing strategies at acceptable ROI as defined by the business
• Assist with ad trafficking and tracking of performance for paid search, display, affiliates, and paid social
• Support Search Engine Optimization efforts for targeted keywords, conduct keyword research for new products and execute SEO initiatives (including, but not limited to, link building and content development) to improve natural search rankings in collaboration with the internal partners and external vendors
• Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor data in order to incorporate learnings into optimizing Vince’s digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor digital campaigns and collect metrics to calculate ROI and inform future programs; analyze the interplay of all marketing channels using Google Analytics and attribution data
• Support display advertising via direct media buys under direction by the Marketing department
• Stay abreast of latest search engine changes and updates
• Review new online marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital online marketing role for a Retailer or Agency
• Email coding & HTML experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the various marketing channels including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, display ads, remarketing, shopping feeds, email, social and other innovative online marketplaces or media
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather insights from data to inform strategy
• Good understanding of Retail, and online merchandising techniques
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work across departments as well as support internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker who is also highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and innovatively
• Experience in fashion or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field required
