What are key highlights of this role?
• Learning Strategy - You will manage a small team and work closely with senior management teams to shape and deliver end to end learning and development solutions. You will ensure that the learning strategy is aligned with our business strategy and that there are appropriate measures to monitor this. You will allocate and manage budgets effectively and seek to ensure we consistently invest to provide learning for all in a 70:20:10 framework.
• Talent development – You will be responsible for ensuring we invest in our talents and that they are fully supported with a variety of learning opportunities. You will work alongside HR business partners to adapt our plans in accordance with succession decisions and talent reviews
• Performance management – You will lead the local re-launch of our global appraisal system, which will rely heavily on your effective communication skills and project management capability. You will follow-up on our senior management 360 degree feedback assessments and seek continuous improvements in management practice and our feedback culture.
• Induction – You will lead the ongoing improvement of our integration programmes, including promoting the use of our social learning platform, our mentoring scheme, and other formal trainings to support diversity and inclusion.
