Smartwool Sales Operations Coordinator (Canada)
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Operations Coordinator are to manage and sales reporting information, support the Smartwool brand sales management with account information materials and analysis, ensure the transition between sales, business planning and operations, participate in the S&OP process, as well assist in various sales related projects.
• Build sales and inventory reports on a monthly, seasonal and yearly basis. Liaison with finance on building and analyzing budget documents.
• Assist sales management team in establishing 5-year sales growth plans by channel of distribution, product category, season, and top account.
• Create sales collateral - price list, terms, orders forms and other necessary tools for the selling season.
• Maintain seasonal list of materials with pricing and line list changes. Notify Sales team, B2B team and key dealers of ongoing changes.
• Coordinate with B2B team to launch site for each selling season.
• Create ad hoc reports for senior level management as well as work on various sales related projects.
• Assist in development of Power Point presentations for Sales team and key accounts.
• Work with Sales and Planning department to determine excess inventory.
• Manage the sales sample process. Coordinate with sales agencies on sample distribution and managing the sample disposal process
• Assist in event planning - sales meetings, go-to-market meetings, tradeshows and other activities
Job Requirements:
Years of Related Professional Experience:
3+
Educational/Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Previous sales analysis experience
Skills:
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Power Point
• Well organized and strong attention to details
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Cognos, SAP and VB an asset
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred
