Summary
Under Armour is seeking a detail oriented and organized In-Store Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Retail team. The In-Store Retail Marketing Coordinator will be given a rare opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing brand and division. Passion, desire and integrity are traits we look for in our teammates. You will play a key role in the Brand story-telling in connection with UA retail stores across the country. This role will support both Brand House and Factory House Marketing Initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Responsible for having a clear understanding of retail stores, elements within the store, and differences and similarities between the 160 Factory House locations.
• Manage all quarterly floorset roll outs, installations, distro lists and communication to Store Operations and the Field Teams.
• Manage all in-store marketing communication with the creative team and the print production vendors.
• Manage each job and its elements that are briefed into the job management system and ensure that all timelines and needs are being hit.
• Create distribution list for all marketing briefs in a timely matter to deliver to marketing traffic coordinator on time.
• Manage and maintain all master sign lists.
• Manage weekly creative review deliverables, recaps and action items.
• Work with brief owner and marketing project manager during the project to meet deliverable deadlines.
• Must manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintains project records for future reference.
• Responsible for proofing all marketing assets for spelling, grammar, taglines, color, accuracy, etc.
• Manage and create store communication for internal documents, delivery notifications, checklists and any other store communication necessary.
• Manage the marketing email inbox with a sense of urgency, order missing and damaged signage and provide necessary answers to store team.
• Manage the development and implementation of a distro tool to automate the distro creation process.
