Purpose
• To support the North America strategy and vision by the creation, development and delivery of strategic messaging, communications and presentations related to the strategic business plan (SBP), key strategic and business related topics
• Support analytics on business, competition, consumers and marketplace
• Influence HQ, internal and external stakeholders with full understanding of the strategic plans and business priorities translated into impactful communications
• Build and manage the business intelligence process and community portal to support decision making with brand, market, consumer, customer and competitor intelligence
Key Responsibilities
Management
• Manage a team of two managers to deliver high quality deliverables and communications on SBP, Business Intelligence and Executive Presentations
• Engage with initiative business owners and senior management
Analytics, Reporting and Executive Presentations
• Identify key issues, structure problems, and deliver solutions that drive value creation
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial modeling
• Manage regular cadence of reporting and synthesize key insights
• Work closely with senior management and to craft and align on communications, messaging.
• Prepare key presentations with strong storytelling for senior management, Global senior management (including board members) and external stakeholders
Strategic Business Plan Management
• Support development of strategic business plans with research and analysis
• Analyze competitor strategies and performance to identify threats/opportunities across channels and categories
• Mine consumer insights data to identify actionable opportunities for adidas US
• Support cross-functional business partners with analytic insights and problem solving
• Align with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to develop full understanding of strategy, SBP and key projects
Business Intelligence Management
• Drive the process and management of the new Business Intelligence function
• Analyze competitor, consumer, customer, market share and business data to deliver information and key insights to the organization
• Innovate and develop new methods and ways to present and communicate intelligence
• Centralize data and insights into a shared portal in the organization

• Executive team of adidas NAM
• Market Sales Directors (and Sales Management Team)
• Market Marketing Directors (and Marketing Management Team)
• DTC, Marketing, Sales, Global IT, Operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
• Understand key business concepts and translate into effective methods of communication
• High personal impact and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization
• Ability to organize data, analyze information and draw powerful insights
• Comfortable working closely and facilitating with senior executives
• Mastery of MS Powerpoint and Excel. Familiarity with Tableau a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Qualifications
1. Minimum 10 years of strategy, consulting, finance experience preferably in related industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. MBA Degree preferred
