RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To Implement Regional Visual Merchandising policies and standards throughout the store and windows.
• To partner with the store team to maximise sales opportunities whilst maintaining the corporate standards and brand image.
• To partner and cooperate with Regional VM as required on windows and in store VM.
• To assist in the coordination and implementation of store changes to accommodate events and marketing activity.
• Regular reporting to the local VM and Store Manager to update on the status, strengths and weakness of their areas of responsibility.
• To be responsible for merchandise used by the display team and to ensure this is accounted for and cared for properly
• To train the in store VM specialist for the store, ensuring that they are motivated and fullyl aware of corporate guidelines and strategy.
• To demonstrate awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
• Min 2 years’ experience as a VM working in luxury or retail brands, ideally both.
• Portfolio of work to be provided.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
