WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• To provide support to the Head of Studio Production.
• Ensuring smooth movement of stock and samples through the photography, retouch, video, and product from editorial departments with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy.
• Assist Styling, Art Direction and Photography Managers/Team Leaders in planning a daily studio schedule to meet studio and upload capacity
• To check for re-shoots, making sure items that need reshooting are available for the relevant studio team(s) and making sure they are done promptly and efficiently
• To manage all priority items through inbound to outbound and updating partners on progress and committing to timelines
• Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to stylists, photographers, and retouchers, and product editorial
• To lead daily stand-up at start and end of day to update on intake, carryover, priority and on-set totals
• Track on-set totals in all departments to feed into schedule, costs analysis and studio performance
• Track invoices and update on PO concerns with freelance PO accountant
• Act as line of communication to VM team on targets
• Maintain tracking of product, Core, Concessions, Speciality, and Sample working with Sample Assistant and Studio assistant
• Brief Studio team in weekly Production update on performance
• Work with Art Direction to manage daily expectation and feedback to Producer on any daily impact/carryover
• Work with Head of Production to split product from Photolist between relevant sets and to create efficient workflow for Stock and Sample items

MUST HAVES
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Organised with an excellent eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels.
• Good organization and administrative skills.
• Pro-active and able to show initiative
