Aid Public Relations Manager social media team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

• Assist with all aspects of media for the Vera Bradley Classic event
• Capture and report on all PR spottings (print, tv, movies, bloggers, influencers, celebrities)
• Create a detailed calendar of all licensee product releases: product, launch, distribution to all be captured in this calendar
• Maintain a master list of all bloggers seeded, product seeded, placements from these seedings/ROI
• Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with our currently blogging partners, in addition to garnering new partnerships
• Spearhead collegiate cheerleader seeding: who to seed, what product to seed, determine if any events around this would be appropriate
• Aid in all PR events/initiatives from product to event day execution
• Assist in social media photo shoot planning and execution.
• Assisting with daily Snapchat/Instagram Stories posts when needed
• Assist with brainstorming and shooting outfit laydowns for Instagram
• Order product for any blogger collaborations
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Junior status pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications strongly perferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Understanding of public relations and various social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills with decision making and problem solving ability
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong background in Microsoft Office
• Must have ability to work flexible hours
