THE ROLE
A key player in the Digital Department, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will help drive traffic to the Evans websites both in the UK and internationally. The role will require daily planning, implementation and reporting of Evans digital marketing channels including affiliates, paid search, natural search and display for both the UK and international. The role involves building strong relationship with the Marketing, Design, Production and Digital Trading teams to create multichannel campaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Process
• New customer acquisition whilst supporting other digital activity when required
• Working closely with agency to drive affiliate, paid search, digital partners and natural search channel KPIs for UK, US and Germany coordinating the below:
Affiliates
• Plan exposure in line with promotional and marketing content
• Plan exclusive affiliate content
• Build relationships with key affiliates
• Recruit new affiliates
• Complete weekly reporting on affiliate performance
• Raise purchase orders, monitor budget and track invoices
Paid Search
• Brief agency on all promotional and campaign activity
• Approve ad copy and landing pages
• Monitor weekly spend to fall in line with budget
• Coordinate project plan to test and optimise paid search
• Monitor keyword and campaign performance to optimise for ROI and customer acquisition
• Complete weekly reporting on paid search performance
Natural Search
• Align strategy with marketing campaigns and product launches
• Gain link building opportunities through partnerships and digital PR
• Work closely with Evans website team to ensure the website is optimised for natural search
• Work closely with content editor to ensure onsite content aligns with search opportunity
Digital Partnerships
• Propose and coordinate partnerships to drive lead generation
• Coordinate display activity to drive new customers

• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent administrative multi-tasking and organisational skills
• A problem solving approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively at management level
